Deacons' Pledge:
Our mission as the Deacons of Piney Grove is to work toward the attainment of excellence in the fulfillment of our assigned ministry. We see ourselves as servants of Jesus Christ and lay assistants to the Pastor. Our efforts will be for the general welfare and spiritual well being of our respected church families. We promise to never become a hindrance to the Pastor or to see ourselves as his superior but we are chosen to pray for him and with him and to be deacons who uphold the Pastor’s arms.

Vision
The Deacon Board’s vision is to convey the vision of the Pastor to congregation in order for Pastor to teach and preach the Gospel and provide leadership in developing the various ministries necessary as God directs him.

Minister to the sick and shut
Grow as a congregation by working closely with the Pastor.
